Magnusson should be Cave Johnson since he is the boss or Eli since Glados was his assistant. It doesn't really make sense to have P-body as Glados' dad.

So... With GLaDOS, it's what she says, less how she sounds when saying it that makes her special. She ain't glados if she ain't saying the words she would say, and the humor ends up not working, rather just feeling like a voiceover filter. Now if you took that filter and ran dialog that would be her reaction in the situation, then you might have something there.
