VR is such an interesting medium for speedrunning, it brings a whole new level of precision and endurance thanks to its physicality. Props to the runner for setting up the full body cam as well, its fun to see and helps explain the tech/skips

I would barf my organs out doing this run. I have serious issues with vr unfortunatly. But is really fun to watch someone using the full body in a speed run!

I actually have found that for some reason speedrunning HL:A is actually less naseauting for me than playing BONEWORKS normally. It's weird to say from how it looks but it sorta just makes sense. It's the type of thing that you get used to, at least for me.

It can take some time to earn your VR legs. There are lots of recommendations out there for how to ease yourself in, but ultimately the best advice is to never try to push through it. If you’re feeling sick, stop and wait for it to pass before trying again.

I was perfectly fine playing HL:A normally, but whenever I backtracked and then tried to speed-teleport back like I was Nightcrawler I would definitely get a little queasy (although not quite as bad as literally anything in Boneworks). The brain can make this a bit rough, definitely!
