Half-Life NetTest 2 Beta (Build 725) (Modern Systems Fix) (Windows 7 - 11)

The Half-Life Nettest 2 Beta, dated October 19th, 1998, is a prototype found by Chad Jessup, predating the U.S. gold release by 17 days. It includes an unused map and minor tweaks from the final game.
Originally it has a timebomb and you need to change date, but with this repack:
-Just double click hl.exe or launch any batch commands, the game will run!

I have heard that the final bug before release was found in the multiplayer. Does this version have that bug? Also does anyone know what exactly was buggy and how to reproduce the bug?
