Another excellent video Ben! Only channel that I set Notifications to!!! 👌🏻 With a heavy training schedule for a big race... do you ever have days or weeks where you are mentally fatigued? You know when you know that you need to do that big training run but you aren’t bursting out of the front door to do it? How do you over come that? I am training for my 2 nd marathon of the year (with a big PB in mind) and last week I just felt a bit mentally lethargic and was desperate for some sort of pick-me-up / inspiration. Ben, could You do video about your progress? How you started, what You gave biggest progress and that staff. Would be really awesome. I know, there is old video You showing your first marathon but You manage to improve so much that's nearly amazing. I would improve myself at least half like you. Please do this kind of video :) Amazing video. Great race. Berlin PB coming for You! Hope one day I'll visit this race :)
