What is important for fast bowling speed ya line or lenght bowling

I would say both. if you can clock 140km/H and cant have right line and length or the line length which you intended then I would say to reduce your speed to a point that your line and length is what you intended. then I guess the pace would be if 140km/H was without right line and length then 125km/H would be somewhat right line and length like which you intended.
