Also guys while making tape ball, try to use a lighter tennis ball for better results…… I have tried it on both the heavy and light balls…., the light ball was swinging more…and it was easy also

I would say both. if you can clock 140km/H and cant have right line and length or the line length which you intended then I would say to reduce your speed to a point that your line and length is what you intended. then I guess the pace would be if 140km/H was without right line and length then 125km/H would be somewhat right line and length like which you intended.
