Yes, one thousand times yes, the media loves to spew hate because it gets views. I'd say at least 90% if not more of the people are way past racism, sexism, or whateverism and just go about their day.

Yeah because MLK was trying to bring us together & JFK exposed secret societies trying to destroy our country! The Kennedy name is 1 of the 13 families of the illuminati. He went against the family & they had him killed. Also because he exposed the real reason why the Vietnam war started. Because the elites wanted a lot of the heroin that was coming from Vietnam to bring here to the States. To get us hooked on it, to stay out of their way of their global corruption.

@Baron Abear your attempting to sound like some based intellectual, but your only making a semantic argument based on your insecurity. Both how somebody treats others and their work ethic are two factors that can be valuable in navigating social settings without having to even speak. They are self evident markers of character. This has nothing to do with the on going journey we all inevitably face

Thank you so much for reacting to this. I am not sure if Tom experienced this in high school but I am almost 38 years old and didn't experience this stuff until about 6 years ago. I thought that it was just a few people who were racist. This group of people were always plotting against me to cause trouble and two of them said some racist things to me. After the past couple of years I have come to see that there is a large portion of Americans that hate white people. That also includes other white people. I didn't realize how popular it was to blame people for things based on their skin color alone. I have come to realize that the government, media, school system and big tech have been in cahoots to teach hatred towards whites by only teaching part of history and making sure it's skewed much in the same way that the media does about current events. It seems to have been a long game of divide and conquer.

I'm 41, Canadian, and went to university only 8 years ago, graduated 3 years ago. In my last year, the white hate started bubbling up. I thought it was just young kids who didn't take any responsibility for themselves and prefer to blame everyone than do anything themselves. Funny thing is, the only people that started bashing white people in class were the white girls, and it was mostly directed at white men. Whenever the discussion of race came up, the white girls talked over everyone, to the point of spitting while they were telling. Meanwhile, they shut down any other minority when they started talking. These girls were supposedly standing up for minorities but shut them down immediately. My girlfriend is Iranian and I remember coming home talking with her about how they kept bashing white people (white men at the time) in class, and she immediately said they're the racist ones, and asked how many of them are in interracial relationships. How many of them came from a hard life. How many of them truly understand hardship. I thought it was just kids and I thought it was a phase, but everything has snowballed since and I feel keeps getting worse. We need all perspectives, and we need intelligent discourse to solve humanity's problems. Yelling, screaming, and blaming others that honestly have not in any sense contributed to past atrocities is just going to take us further down a shitty rabbit hole.

I love everyone until I'm given a reason not to. And I have experienced racism simply because I'm white. People assume we are all anti color... they couldn't be more wrong. Tom got so much hate over this song. And all he was doing was telling it from our side. I wish more people would take the time to look at the other side of the coin like ya'll just did. Both of my parents had great experiences with some really great black folks back in the day! So I was always raised very color blind. I did grow up in rural Oklahoma around some older generation racists. But up there ...there weren't any black folks! So I didn't really witness anything. Where I went to school in Oklahoma we had maybe a handful of black families in the area. But I don't remember any racism in school. I was friends with everyone. We were all cool. It was the 80's. Everyone was country af. Still all the same families in the area. Black and white. Old folks is gone. We're all still cool. I've seen and been on the receiving end of it here where I live in Ft. Smith AR more. I've dated black men and sometimes that don't go over well here. Never had that issue in Oklahoma. But I've dealt with soooooo much more since Donald Trump became President. I've lost friends I've had for 30yrs. Because now...I'm a racist. Who knew?! I wasn't a racist b4! So...yeah...this is an emotional song for me. I love Tom.

Great reaction! In Germany black/white isn't that much of an issue. Honestly, people just started to be aware that there might be a difference because of blm. And that's really a shame. (Just to make it clear... Unfortunately there are some racists in Germany, but here it's more about Muslims/cultural difference/refugees. Not better, just different). But what I can relate to is that a lot of people, including Germans, think that Germans should feel ashamed and guilty because Nazi Germany. That's 80 years ago. Most of us weren't even born back than. And a lot of people living back then were just to afraid to speak up. I get, that people are being told terrible expiriences by their parents and grandparents. And it's important to be aware of the past in order to not repeat mistakes. But it's wrong to live in the past and to be so effected by it, that you are unable to create a better present or future. If you haven't reacted to This House yet... that's Toms answer to all the hate be faced after White Boy.

I've been hesitant towards Tom Macdonald before, but I realize us white people actually need a voice like his. I know some black people get upset, thinking we don't understand history or we try to make racism against black people less of an issue by lifting OUR issues on the other side of that same coin. That's not at all it. I understand we have to communicate both ways to move forwards and make changes. I really do feel like I'm not allowed to speak sometimes, just because I'm white etc. Real talk.

Notice towards the end there is one black guy sitting and listening to his words, but as it ends he goes back to throwing paper...very unique way of displaying someone ALMOST breaking free of the race hating but get dragged back into horrible society we live in today. Tom did an excellent job on this video...so much detail you have to stop and see.

Nothing but facts💯💯💯💯. Don’t judge people by the pigments of their skin. Look at them for who they are as a person. Either they’re a good person or a piece of crap 💩. Keep it 💯 Fam

I grew up the first 20 years of my life in the hood around nothing but minorities and I've been jumped, robbed, and even hospitalized and I asked my mom when I was young why don't they like me and she said, "baby, they don't know you, they only know what they're taught, don't blame them, all I can say is you will not grow up that way yourself. Whether they're white or black they are human just like you so don't treat em any different and if they do that's on them, but I won't let you look at them any different for their skin, but just their actions". And that has always stuck with me and its just so sad when I see any one of any race judge based on skin color. Keep up the great work yall.

We for sure experience racism. I wouldn't say as much or more than any other race. The biggest difference is we get hit with the accusations of racism more than anyone not just other races but our own. We have to get to a certain point where we can understand the difference between an actual racist and somebody who says something racist. Sometimes smart people say dumb things. We dont then label them dumb. Sometimes dumb people, we dont call them a genius. Well sometimes because of emotions or intoxication people say really offensive shit. That doesnt make them racist. Especially when the goal post are always moving on what is considered racist

Fortunately there are far fewer racist whites than is claimed by half of our society. It is very similar to those who are currently pushing cancel culture. I suspect that the majority of the people in The US, white, black, or brown, hate that crap, but the vocal minority is loud enough that it is all we hear about in the media. This social media thing is making issues like race and cancel culture markedly worse as well. I am a child of the 60s, and honestly, through the 70s and 80s, it seemed like things were starting to get significantly better where racial issues are concerned. Fast forward to today and the combination of political posturing and the internet would make one believe that it is a lot worse, or perhaps it never got any better at all. Frankly it is all bullshit, and I believe that fewer people subscribe to any real racism or cancel culture than we are lead to believe. Great reaction, please keep them coming. On a final note, Tom is from Canada and has only been here for a short time. The issues that we deal with here are considerably different then they are there, and when he came here he was immediately labeled everything under the sun, including being called a racist because of his music. Watch the video that he put out about the creation of this "Whiteboy" music video where he explains to the actors in this video why he felt he needed to make it. Someone actually asks him if he felt a need to explain that he wasn't a racist because of the nature of his music and lifestyle.

I was in high school and went to a all black high school never were there issues only thing I will say that stuck with me was during a black history program and they were talking about slavery a black student in front of me and turned around and said see what you did. It took me back and I was surprised he said that to me. Words are powerful because this happened 49 years ago and I still remember it.
