Funny thing is, if you brought the maximum recommended accommodation of 900 people, everyone would only have to chip in around $78 a night, which is cheaper than most hotels

@Dzhjakuras Alhysdaer I think he was poking fun at people making pointless "that's X times bigger than Y" statements. If you know how big a square metre is, it will still be hard to imagine what 160 square metres is. Similarly, if something says that's 300 times the size of a football field... you still have no idea.

Wait so there’s accommodations for maximum 900 people and it costs 70,000 per night. Theoretically if you just got yourself and 899 of your closest friends you could rent out Liechtenstein for only $77/day. I’ve stayed in motels that are more expensive. Imagine a high school senior field trip or something where they just rent out Liechtenstein.
@richardmillhousenixon

So I had gone to Europe in one of those group tours ya know the ones which were always rushing. Anyway we rushed so much we had extra time, so the tour guy was like let's go visit leichenstein. It was like a town,broken roads a bit run down but the people were nice. They took our photos in old english outfits. It was fun. They are quite dependent on tourism

Liechtenstein has always been that one country you treat like a child using their imagination. Like “Look! I’m a country!” “Sure you are, champ!” I have no problems with it, nor do I care one way or the other. I mean, they literally sent 80 troops to fight in the Austro-Prussian War, and came back with 81, because they made a friend along the way.
@foremanhaste5464
@foremanhaste5464 Жыл бұрын
I found on wikipedia that they did send 80 people, but didn't engage in any fighting. Did they seriously come back with 81 people? Because that would be some serious "Supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting" level military know how.
