Congratulations for this step👍🏽 Thank you for sharing. It helps my wife to know she's not the only one with a tnbc. The red devil is stronger but you're in great shape for someone who just had 12 weeks of chemo!!! I wish you to support the next protocol like the first. You are strong.

Thank you so so much for this video. I can so relate to a lot of your symptoms. I’m on the same cocktail. Only needed 3 infusions # 3 weeks apart. Same days 3,4,5, were rough for me but I had minimal fatigue and no nausea. Some bone pain but with each infusion the symptoms were less. I wore a cold cap and lost 80% of my hair. I lost no other body hair . Agree with the restlessness. I’m an energiser bunny so exercise is vital for me. So agree. Keep hydrated. It makes such a difference

Thank you so very much for taking the time and effort to share your journey! I can’t tell you how reassuring you are that one can and should try to maintain balance and positivity, that the cancer journey - which will affect many of us at one time or another - is something that we CAN manage. Understanding that we may experience side effects differently, but that there is hope - in medical advances, and in the shared experiences of people (like you). Thank you for extending yourself to others, for your frankness, for your balanced positivity. I wish you the very best as your journey continues. You have a supportive community behind you!

You are right on with the side effects. Same chemo, Im half way through mine. Im heading into my 4th infusion of 6. Except for the nail issues and hot flashes Ive got them all. I dont know if you have the availability to do this. But I go for fluids 2x after each infusion. My treatments are 21 days apart (every 3 weeks). I do my blood work on Wednesday, treatment on Thursday bone marrow shot on Friday good for a couple days. fluids on Monday. I then start feeling myself going down by Tuesday full on crash on Wednesday but I then go Wednesday for fluids. Of course the fluids aren't a cure all but it does help with the fatigue. Instead of fatigue Im weak and a little tired. Not awful, doable. My first chemo treatment was awful. I could not even move. I had an appointment with my chemo nurse for a port flush and check up and my husband had to bring me inside in a wheel chair. When she saw me come in she went nuts. Immediately called my PR and told her I was in bad shape and needed fluids. I took 2 liters and some steroids. I felt alive again. So now I have a standing for fluids. It does help. My down days are starting sooner and going longer. But my doctor did tell me that will happen. He said the first two treatments are what they call the honeymoon part. Once im into my third treatment it will start to get harder. But give it to me. I know they will pass. Im staying very positive. My cancer is Stage 3 ovarian. My genetic testing surprised everyone. Thought for sure I would have Braca 1 or 2...nope. Which is good for my adult daughters. But I am PMS2 which is Lynch syndrome. Good for colon cancer, uterine and ovarian. Which pretty much means, I was in the wrong line when they dealt out ovarian cancer. I wish good things for you during your Red Devil treatment. As with the first treatment you will get through it. Thanks for sharing.

So glad they are helping you with some extra treatments. Looks like your on a dose dense regime, my weekly ones are less at one time which probably helps. My hydration has been good I haven't needed extra fluids or any additional help. They are all tolerable and pass quickly. A little nap or a few hours of tv and I am back to myself again.

Yea I had one more period after my first infusion and not another one since. Wether it comes back after treatment is the question. Some people get it back some people don’t. Depends on how close you are to actual menopause I guess.
