I am 38 and i have this problem since childhood, i don’t have diabetes, the problem exists even if i brush 10 times aday. Mouthwash makes it worse, gargling with salt also hasn’t helped, i have visited many dentists most of them doesn’t know much about it and they ask me that i shouldn’t take this seriously and its not a big deal they say 😔 iand they just clean my mouth which also hasn’t helped. Now i am hopeless i don’t think i ll ever find any solution for this. On other hand i have roommate who is chain smoker and also drinks alcohol and he doesn’t even have toothpaste and brush but i never felt any smell from his mouth so tbh not cleaning teeth isn’t the cause of having bad breath 😔

Brush twice every day.. Also use a tongue cleaner while brushing.. Gargle (kulli) after every meal.. It's all start with poor hygiene habits 😊😊
