Grant Shonkwiler is game designer, producer, and independent consultant who works all over the world helping companies bring games to life. Specializing in every aspect of the game production pipeline, Grant has worked with companies like Epic and iD Software on games such as Fortnite and Battle Breakers. He also founded the Game Developers Foundation, a non-profit organization that fosters the growth of young developers through community outreach and educational programs. In this video, Grant discusses what his induction into the Hall of Fame means to him, and how he sees it as a personal challenge to push himself further.
