Mike Shannahan is definitely a Hall-of-Famer. I credit him for the death of the RB position in the 21st century. Getting great production out of Terrell Davis/Olandis Gary/Mike Anderson set the modern precedent of "you can find a good RB *anywhere* in the draft" that led to 3rd day/UDFA guys like Isiah Pacheco (7th), Aaron Jones (5th) and Austin Eckeler (UDFA) becoming household names PS I *LOVE* the 7th Floor Crew Shoutout for G-Reg Olsen. If only my Bears would’ve got the memo when they chose Benson over Rodgers with the #4 pick in 2005. Yes they already had Grossman who was the first of “just wait until he gets X” Bears QB’s who ultimately proved to just suck in my adult life. Sadly the Bears thought the opposite of Shanahan’s philosophy and drafting Orton in the 4th round was better QB insurance and a low-risk “value” pick vs literally getting the guy who owned us from 2007-2022 🤦♂️

Mike Alstott, Hall of Fame or not. He played 11 seasons, with 1,359 carries for 5,088 yards, 305 catches for 2,284 yards and scored 71 touchdowns.
