Things like this should never happen anywhere in the U.S .. and this has happened in many states , there is so much red tape for an American to follow the laws, but for criminals, just as easy as a few sheets of paper.

A valid Govt issued ID/Drivers license should also be required to prove the person signing is who they claim they are.

Jack had the crooked notary who notarized the documents illegally. You typically have to show ID and sign papers in front of a notary. So that's how it was done. Then they submitted the documents to the deed department, who has to assume it's legitimate because it's notarized.

Filing a fake deed isn't a crime, sounds like the American legal system, the most pathetic representation of justice in human history. Imagine paying taxes to a government who protects every criminal who commits a crime against you.

These guys and squatters know the law is on the criminal’s side and it takes months and sometimes years. That way they’ve got a place to stay or can make money off the property in the meantime. This has been going on for decades and the lawmakers have been dragging their feet the whole time.

Can you do a story on Matthew Todd Wrosch aka Michigan Constitutional Crusader? He’s a “first amendment auditor” from Oswosso who travels around Michigan and Ohio harassing people and getting his followers to harass and sometimes give death/bomb threats to businesses that react negatively to being on camera. He also likes to pepper spray people when he gets cornered. He’s a convicted felon and a bully to the public.

Notary publics aren't supposed to sign a document without the two people involved in the document showing IDs along with it. My mother was a notary public.

Also once deeds transaction takes place, deed registar should contact that seller to find out if it was consenting to sign that deed.

Pfft, notaries signing a fake deed DO need to be held responsible as much as the one who forged the deed. They're authorizing as legitimate a document that is anything but, the law needs to take that into account to make sure that everyone is held to the same standard. Without the notary being potentially liable for damage that is done by their notarization of forms that can't be substantiated why even have them?
