Hallberg-Rassy 43 sailing in Norway (part 2)

We sailed from Lillesand to Tvedestrand, from here to Risør. We wanted to sail from Risør to Sweden, but we did not have enough wind. So, we sailed to Stavern.
From Stavern we sailed to the Koster Islands.

Have been sailing in that SE coat area of Norway some 13 to 15 times. We are from Copenhagen. First time was in 1983, we paid no harbour fee, harbour toilets was almost not existing then, and also almost no Norwegian sailors there back then. Getting a bath one had to visit a hotel. :-). Our latest visit was 2010. It is a top area for sailors. Thx for bringing me back.

Hi Carsten, Thank you for your message. What a wonderful time you had on the SE coast of Norway then. It is hard to imagine a time when there were almost no port facilities. This was our first time, but certainly not our last. We are looking forward to going that way again. The SE coast of Norway, after our first time there, we find immensely beautiful.

@@Pandit_RiteshTripathi Only for enjoyment we sail. It is a hobby of ours. But it is such a huge hobby that we call it a lifestyle. We don’t get payed.
