That was simply beautiful. Mistakes and all. So human and solemn. Bravo! ❤

WOW! that is beautiful. I was looking for a new dulcimer song to learn that was more than just a one finger run. this is definitely it! Played well, and what a beautiful looking and sounding dulcimer. Thank you.

I play this song on the Irish whistle (tinwhistle, pennywhistle, feadog, flageolet, whatever). Your rendition is really nice. I love that dulcimer! Have you ever played a phin? That's a Thai instrument that is basically a sort of dulcimer that you play upright like a guitar. They generally have a big dragon or bird for a headstock. They aren't dreadfully expensive and they're lotsa fun - try one!🎶

Nice job playing! That dulcimer sounds great! Amazing tone. Is the sound just being picked up by a mic? I don't see a patch cord, so I'm assuming it's strictly acoustic. Probably pretty expensive, right?
@KevinTeague2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! The mic was the only thing used to record audio. The dulcimer was built by Terry McCafferty.

Hey! That don't sound like no Cotton-Eyed Joe to me and who said you could play so heavenly on that hillbilly-harp ? What am I supposed to do with this empty jug ?
@kavikv.d.hexenholtz34746 ай бұрын
This arrangement sounds like it would be better suited for fingerpicking than using a plectrum.
