Before my brother passed away, he shared his love of this song with me. Mr. Cohen was his choice of music in his final months. No wife, no children, to share all he wished or dreamed of in his final days, he turned to me and called me his angel. I never left his side until an hour after he left me for good. This song is embedded in my soul and I feel his presence when it is heard. Thank you for such a divine rendition of, Hallelujah. It gave me moments of perfect reflection.

I was having problems sleeping lately, I used to sleep for an hour maximum. I have been a little stressed I guess? I found this cover a few days ago and I have started sleeping a lot better, all the thoughts, all the stress, and all the insecurities just kind of fades away whenever I listen to this with my eyes closed. I rarely ever comment on a video, but this one deserves more than a comment, I wish I could give you my heart for this. It's very special to me, I am 18 by the way, but one day I wish to become capable of collecting records from different eras, and I just wish that one day this same track, of this same video would be my first record. This song has helped me through a lot, I guess, this cover just speaks a story to me every time I listen to it's a new story every time and it puts my mind to ease, I'll be thankful to you and your mother for this cover because if it wasn't for this I guess I would have bottled up instead of letting go. I know I already posted on another video about this, but I cant help it. I recently lost a friend, a violinist, to death and his amazing spirit and music is gone. This song and the way you play it, it moves my heart and I hope to play as well someday - in honor of his memory. It's the only instrument that my mind gets 100% lost within. Does anyone elses mind start immediately painting pictures the moment the music starts? Thank you for this rendition and for inspiring others to keep going on their musical journey.

This is beautiful.... Hallelujah is one of the first songs I taught myself though 2 years in I still can't make it sound like this. Violin is the hardest instrument to master and that's the beauty of it, you can hear the players heart in his style and the emotion come out pure as snow. Well played sir.
