Yes, it has a self repair capability. And mechanisms to prevent and correct copying errors. They're not perfect, but very sophisticated.

Somebody very recently pointed out to me, that accepting certain aspects of science (in this case Genetics) while saying that other science and its observations are "un-biblical", and do not agree with scripture, is duplicitous. It's like looking at a row of Encyclopedias, and tearing out the parts in all the volumes that you don't like. When all of them got their answers in the same way, and thus have the same scientific value and merit.

Allow somebody else to point out that there is a difference between an Infallible perfect God who had the Bible written and is infallible so we have an accurate account of what happened. Wow! All those encyclopedias you could be tearing pages out of. They change every couple of years. So they're hardly accurate to begin with

The issue is that the same scientific data can be interpreted in different ways, so that in the end one's mindset plays a key role in the interpretation.

@@tdzenda There are severe "problems" with using The Bible to "interpret" scientific data. I'm soewhat unique in that I am both a Lay Minister and was in Public Health for 40 years. Most of the Bible was written at least 1000 years ago, so their is no contextual framework built within the text to use modern events as a linchpin ; also using the attiude of "adding" or "massaging" the text as a means of justification is a huge error; lastly, the initial premise is flawed severely. The Book of Genesis was not written by one individual, at only one time. It is not a "diary", but based upon recollections and supported texts, several thousand years after the fact. It has been "edited" over time. So that the contents of the Book is variable, and thus it is almost impossible to discern now, that the point you are trying to make, is not part of the "additive" text.

@@kennethswenson6214 Yes, but we do understand that science only discovers what already existed long ago. I agree that the Bible is not a science textbook but it does affirm a creationist viewpoint which gives an alternate and sensible basis for data interpretation.

Here are some examples of science that were eventually shown to be erroneous: The earth is flat. The Sun revolves around the earth. The Sun is the center of the Universe. Space and time are absolute and independent. It's possible to simultaneously measure the position and momentum of a particle to arbitrary accuracy. The speed of gravity is infinite. Diseases are caused by bad smells. The position of the continents is fixed.

It's not programming. It's The Lord God Almighty. Perhaps you think its too difficult for Him, even though it literally says so in scripture, in multiple places. A scripture comes to mind every time i watch these videos, with certain people. About worshipping the creation, rather than the creator.

You didn't listen long enough. This man gives glory to God. He agrees with the Psalmist "We are wonderfully made". What he is saying is that our Creator designed DNA with even more complicated mechanisms than what was ever 1st thought. It is inexcusable that people deny there's a Creator. He has much more intelligence than humans can imagine. Where there is design, there is no doubt an intelligent Designer. ❤

If we honestly look at DNA and assume it was designed by a creator, what do we learn about the creator? Why does the creator included millions of bits of code that do nothing? Why is almost all the designed copied from other animals, even when the pieces don’t fit together? Why are parts inefficient when compared to designs in other animals? Starting with the design and working backwards gives us a picture of a creator that is very different from what most people imagine.

Those are the issues that were raised by many, however, we are in the phase of figuring the roles of seemingly redundant parts gradually. They were found out not to be the excessive or redundant but actually useful for purposes not yet known before. It is very important to study and research the wonder of the nature including human biology using the tool of science. Understand, however, we also should know what we know is not whole or integral in any way at the moment. Think of the quantum physics and how it developed. If we put almighty God inside the box, He always goes way beyond and exceeds our restricted, limited way of thinking. The other thing is, our God made the world from planck size to the whole universe observable and unobservable - He is always extravagant in His way and does not think in way of human concept of efficiency. I pray that the Holy Spirit works in you to truly meet and encounter Him with your whole being, our creator and God!

The all knowing all creator God has his way of teaching like a the heavenly father he is. We can study what is here, what can be seen what can be studied, the problem is the unprovable stories they come up with to push their own agenda instead of the actual science. God created everything perfect. There was no cancer in the beginning. After Adam and Eve gave possession of this world over to Satan, we started getting diseases and death.

This would make sense to wonder if God was behind all that but conveniently you forget about Satan + the effects of Adam & Eve introducing sin and death into the world. You’ll argue against this but you have no choice but to since you clearly has personal beef with God
