@@Mbaeac Eh, don't sweat it. I know this game like the back of my own hand, and I can tell you you'll be fine. _Hornet_ is the first real challenge. If you had the patience and determination to beat her, you have the patience and determination to beat the game. Edit: If anything, the ominous comments are just _Hollow Knight_ fans expressing their excitement to watch you progress and improve. I know I'M excited ;)

@@eclipsegaming9546 SPOILERS!!!1! So I am genuinely not sure what this person is talking about. There's just too many things available to do at any given time to really nail it down. My best guess is that the optional boss is the Massive Moss Charger found a bit further along the path after beating Hornet. The really hard part is the "first real challenge." The only thing that comes to my mind is progressing to the Fungal Wastes, the next region of the map. It's a harsh environment and features a pretty dangerous sub-area, but it doesn't really fit the vibe of a "first real challenge" in my eyes. Still, it's the best I've got.
