Never really understood the hate for Halloween 6...it's so underrated in my opinion for many reasons. First of all, Michael is brutal as fuck in that movie. The kills in Halloween 6 we're downright amazing. It was wonderfully shot and the movies cinematography/atmosphere was great. The soundtrack was excellent with all the badass guitar riffs. And yea I get it, the whole thorn angle blemishes the mystery of Michael's power...to that I say so what? The producers wanted to try something different. Honestly, I think its way better than saying "his mask" gave him powers like the new movies suggests. I really think Halloween 6 has gotten such a bad rep all these years and it's one of the best installments ever. Certainly better than Halloween Kills, Ends, Resurrection, and Rob Zombie ones imo.

@SemuelIsAlive believe me I don’t like the movie that much but I think you missed the point with the mask. The mask never really gave him power, the only power he had was the thrill of killing. That’s why he was so strong in Kills, the adrenaline and thrill of killing so many that night. We see this when he kills the cop in Ends with Corey, he starts to almost convulse. And I don’t think the mask gave Corey any power either, it’s just what it represented. It represented the power of killing in Corey’s mind so that’s why he took it. It’s never really explained why he likes the mask so much in the original and the sequel trilogy and honestly I like that. It’s just something he has.

He is just Pure Evil and has no motive to kill, and which is why you see those citizens in the beginning all dead by suicide. The Fear Michael Myers brought to Haddonfield scared them from that Evil, and his mask Is Michael's face yes we see glimpses of his face but that mask is his face cause that is what Dr. Loomis saw when he first met Michael at 6 years old in the Og film.

I think it's like Pennywise, the fear makes the kids more tastier than just normal as he says and I think the Evil power in Michael was weak as from the injuries and being in a sewer for 4 years doin nothing so once Corey had Michael kill that cop it repowered that Evil I think as if its coming back. Also John Carpenter said his get up his a mix of a human being and the supernatural. So the coveralls aren't the supernatural part Michael's mask is because it's a "Blank Pale Emotionlessface and the Blackest eyes" which is literally what again what Michael's face looked like to Dr. Loomis

i have a question about theatrical cut that's the version in which Michael kills Jamie and with her being dead there is no reason for Loomis being at the hospital where Tommy meets him also since she's dead they wouldn't bring her corpse to the hospital and that means there's no way for doctor to find this something fluid inside her meaning no way for him to know she gave birth some time ago and since he doesn't know he can't inform Loomis about it i have issue with those 2 scenes because they don't have the right of existence if you think about it and if I'm wrong somebody explain how they are still there
