Living in Norway, I watch these videos with a mix of sorrow and joy. You dont think there are a lot of Halloween stock out yet, but here we just have like one store who sells Halloween stuff. I love Halloween and have celebrated it for like 15 years, but sadly most of my countrymen think its all a waste of time. Love your videos, cant wait to see how you decorate your house this year!

Same here in Sweden :( We get some cheap plastic stuff, like plastic skeletons, that's it. I have never seen a halloween mug ever. No halloween blankets. no actual home decor. It's only for Halloween parties, like plastic spiders, single use mugs/plates, costumes and such. And none of the american stores sell abroad either. It sucks sooooooo much.

You're so right about Homegoods scattering everything around. We don't get too much here in California this early but they have started and I found things at the checkout, in the usual spot for seasonal stuff, with the dishes, pillow section, blanket section, and some black cat draft stopper thingies just hanging around as I walked out. But by far the strangest place I found a decoration was when I came across a distressed wood cut wall/door hanging face down in the middle of a random aisle. It was weird af too... a jack-o-lantern with black glitter inside its eyes, nose and mouth, bat wings and a witch hat and little jack-o-lanterns hanging from it, all painted in a kind of distressed retro vibe, with a rope hanger. Weirdest thing I've seen in a while. And before I made it back to the right section to put it on the shelf so that it could be found and appreciated I decided no one would love this little wooden freak as much as I would and bought it. I'm one of the rare people, especially with a Goth tendency, who absolutely adores glitter. My view on it is... there's worse things to be covered in than glitter. Actually, the weirdest bit is that I have been watching every one of the videos you and Jade the Libra have done this year and never have I seen my little decoration. It wasn't anywhere else in my Homegoods either. Just one mash-up decoration face down on the floor with no one bothering to pick it up.

I got my cat candy corn pet toys last year and one was a bat! The overs were a vampire (with a widow’s peak) and Frankenstein monster. It’s still my favorite thing!

I got that first skeleton pillow you showed (the one without the coffin) over the weekend. I haven’t seen the coffin one yet. Even though I can’t use the Wallflowers for the fragrance oil because of my cat, I ordered the projector one that is a haunted conservatory. I can still plug it in and enjoy it without the oil. I’ll keep my eyes open for that mug you’re looking for. I feel like I need to head over to Lee’s Summit this weekend to check out those stores. Hey Midge! The stand up coffin with spider web would be used as a backup to a tiered tray decor piece (decorated with Halloween or whatever miniatures) or at the back of a counter with other decor like a mug collection. Part of a vignette type piece. It's kind of an "anchor " piece of decor to back up and showcase other decor pieces. 🎃🤟
