Matches that are labeled as "strike anywhere" would definitely strike on the sandpaper! But regular sulfur matches need red phosphorus to strike against and that's what's on those little strike pads! I love the smell of matches too tbh! Definitely reminds me of a fireplace or wood stove.

The sulfer matches are labeled "Safety Matches" because they don't strike anywhere which is good if you have kids 😉

Put some glycerin in your snow globe water and that will help to float the particles a little better.

Those bears are too cute. I wonder if you de-bubble the snow globe it would work? If you’ve ever canned you have to stick a plastic tool down in the jars after you fill them to get the bubbles out. Try not filling quite full then use a plastic knife and gently go up and down all the way around the globe then top it off. Thanks Rhonda

Well that’s interesting. I’ve never done any canning but maybe that would work. I sure would like to make a snow globe for Christmas too and I want that bubble gone. 🖤🖤🖤

Close the glove under water to prevent bubbles. Preferably of the same color. Or incorporate cotton inside. You will still get the same effect with either technique.

I loved all of your ideas! For your crystal ball 🔮, what if you don’t paint the base of the jar, then once you’ve finished the project, add a puck light underneath to illuminate the water. How pretty would that be?! 🔮🫶🏼

Nope, the glittery resin dye mixes great with just water 💗
