There’s a scene I think they left out that I’ve seen in the trailer as well. When Corey fell asleep at the house where the kid fell and died and Laurie was sitting in the chair waiting for him to awake. In one of the trailers Corey is sitting on the stairs and says Michael is coming and I think he says what are you going to do. That would’ve been nice to see in the movie.

Man, those deleted scenes kinda suck. I wouldn't hold my breath for any alternate cuts of H2018 or HEnds anytime soon. There were so many better scenes in the trailers and TV spots than what we got in the theatrical version. Oh well, time to move on from this chapter and see what comes next in the franchise. (I really HATE that I feel that way and not more exited to re-watch and really LOVE this trilogy)

I think it's because they didn't commit to the supernatural aspect that they confirmed in KILLS. I don't care what they meant it to be... Michael was dead in KILLS and he got up and slaughtered all those people. Normal people can't do that, it wasn't vague. So to be so vague in ENDS just became confusing. That transfer of evil in the book was clearly a transfer of evil. I agree with Mike that it wouldn't have taken much to clean ENDS up so when they had so much time to make the movie, I'm at a loss as to why they went the way they did.

Michael isn’t supernatural. He’s hard to kill, yes. The point of Halloween Kills is Michael living up to the legend that the town has created. Everything is amplified in Halloween Kills. Those are the themes of that movie. Plus, what’s in the novel of Halloween Ends, isn’t canon. There’s no actual transference of evil into Corey. He was already getting there and looking into the eyes of Michael just drove him over the edge.

They just said the original ending was going to be a shot of the Silver Shamrock factory making the witch, pumpkin and skull masks, and as they toss them into the shipment box, inside the box was a bunch of Michael Myers mask, implying it was the mask all alone and Silver Shamrock was behind it. And that is why the focus was on Corey and Michael took a backseat, they were doing going for Halloween 3:SOTW where Michael was not in it at all, but in this one, make Michael part of that world, and that world part of this one. But they couldn't leave Michael out, because of what happened with halloween 3 the original one. So basically this was supposed to be, just as I predicted from 2018 and Kills with the Radio Tower and all, etc. They didn't like this at all, took out scenes of the radio tower of what it was supposed to originally represent and reshoot the ending of the Silver Shamrock factory to dumping MM body into the grinder, and Laurie more bs voice over and it all sunny on Nov 1st. I bet it was not just a producer or studio exe, and I just have a feeling JLC was responsible. Because if they had kept the Silver Shamrock ending, and the shape still out there, knowing now where he got his mask, the radio tower original meaning behind it (SS sending out radio signals and more would have made this a 100% better movie than what we got. I just cannot believe they cut all that out and changed it. Now I know what this movie makes no sense and does not follow up on the story they built up in 2018 and Kills. They were going to, I knew after Kills it would be the Silver Shamrock behind it all, and they ditched the whole thing where MM house lays over the place where the ancient Druids who settled there, and all of the other things that would have made this crud movie make a lick of sense. I am going to watch this now and I am hoping, truly hoping they gave us the Silver Shamrock Factory ending they cut, along with the real radio tower scenes, etc. When I read that yesterday, I knew I had to come on here today and post this, in case others didn't read it yet. Apparently because Kills divided the fans, they kind of tied DGG hands behind his back, and that is why they did that bs 'bake off' about which version to give us. And neither was his with the SS theme, and he said he is not going to redo it like that petition wants, because he did make the film he wanted and what happened after was out of his hands. This sucks. What I think then, that the people who signed that petition, we all get behind it and stop this nonsense about re shooting a film. It made a ton of money at the box office alone, and plus it takes mucho money and commitments to do all of that. Instead we should all be signing a petition to get the Silver Shamrock ending, and Rohan, and JJC I am sure can re film a couple of scenes, keep JLC AWAY. Take out all of her voice over bs that was not in it either, and all the other stuff they messed with. And then release that version to us. But from the sounds of it, all of those scenes were shot, but they don't want to give us them. I say we do demand at least that version on dvd like they did with the h6 p cut. And that would be an actual reasonable request. hey it can't be worse than the dumpster fire we got!

I don’t think they will have a extended cut for this movie like they did for kills. Which kinda makes Kills the odd one out of the trilogy. Since it had the “Same Night Trilogy” ending. As much as I love Ends. I WISH they stuck with the Same Night Idea. The fight from Ends could have been put in Kills when Laurie goes to The Myers house and the two face off. Could have all ended that night. I think that will be my Head-Canon.

I dont know if you are super familiar with them but those yoo hoo type bottles are really thick glass and would be very hard to break with a single bare hand. Give a glass snapple bottle a squeeze sometime. Those things bounce off the street when you throw them about half of the time.

I remember the advertisements for Kills where Michael was outside the fiery house taking down the fire fighters . Also the trailer where Lindsay by the kids at the playground and they said there is a creepy man trying to play trick or treat with us . Those trailers were on tv around the clock on the streaming services. If there was a lot more marketing then it would have done even better in box office. Also we didn't. get a full trailer till like September versus June or July like 2018 and 2021 films. Also more fans watched it on peacock this time around versus last film.

Halloween Ends had the dumbest storyline, the dumbest writing, the dumbest character arc changes I’ve ever seen. This whole trilogy ends up being disregarded for me. Halloween kills was terrible and the only good things about 2018 were directly used from John Carpenter’s style and the 1978 film. I disagree with the deleted scene of Michael sitting in the sewer. To show Michael doing anything so mundane would’ve ruined the mystique he had…which hell they did anyways in this trilogy. The shape was just that, a lack of human characteristics or concerns. No emotion, no regard, no rest, no interaction. Just as Dr. Loomis always described him. So to have him sitting and chillin’ would have been dumb, he may as well have been drinking a beer and watching football too.

That's it? That's all they released? Seriously, why do they always drop the ball with deleted scenes from all three of these films. I mean come on, Halloween (2018) was originally 135 minutes long, but we only got few short deleted scenes from it and no alternate ending or even the opening which is also shown in trailers, Halloween Kills also had more deleted scenes which are even shown in trailers and behind the scenes videos like for example Michael sitting in Judith's room and looking at himself in the mirror, and Halloween Ends has got be a horror movie with most unreleased deleted and alternate scenes shown in all of its trailers in last couple years, along with Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City. Like you said, guess we have to start hoping for some future release with all deleted scenes from all three films.

I really don't like these Halloween ends and I wonder why the actor from Michael Myers did it even though he knows that he only appears in the film for about 12 minutes as a weak guy and they know that us fans that don't like what they do to him and the movie just ends stupid. I'm thinking of the actress who once played Jamie Lloyd and she didn't like the fact that she had to play a too short role in Halloween 6 and how she gets killed there and she turned down that role. I'm just incredibly frustrated with the Direction of David Gordon. He never once considered this to be a showdown between Michael and Lori. I mean they are standing right next to each other on the f****** cover. Getting new writers after kills was just absurd. I'm not going to say that kills was a Not Perfect movie. I thought it was one of the best entries to the entire Halloween franchise. People complain about the mob mentality and the acting but you can see people doing Dumber crap in real life shouting slogans that make way less sense. There are so many plot holes from kills because of the new direction of Halloween ends. Halloween ended with kills to me I don't think I ever want to see another Halloween again. David should not get involved with any project unless he is personally and passionately attached to the subject matter. Because this came off as him picking up a franchise he didn't know anything about deciding to take it on as a personal challenge for extra credit while taking a dump all over the fans the whole way through just so he could get some horror street cred. It's kind of hard to believe that the entire cast and crew didn't for one second stop to think about the terrible Direction Halloween ends was going in and to bring it up to David. All around one of the biggest letdowns thank God for a movie like terrifier coming out and being the perfect palette cleanse for the dump that Halloween ends just took in my eyes. And now I have pink eye from that s***. Halloween ends is the tragic afterbirth of a homeless gb that was first in a dumpster fire and even though the Flames are out you could still smell the stink of it for about 3 or 4 blocks because that s*** stinks.
