My epic rant on the atrocious sequel and entry in what is a pretty disappointing franchise, Halloween II(2009) starring Scout Taylor-Compton, Malcolm McDowell, Tyler Mane, Brad Dourif, Danielle Harris, and Sheri Moon Zombie.

I would've loved Annie to have been the last girl,as well!I think this movie would've been so much better if she and sheriff Brackett would've been the one's that took Michael down instead of the way it ended!

Yes. It was Tyler Bates who did the score for this film. Not Brian Tyler. This film was so bad I got the two mixed up. The score still sucks though and especially that remix of the Halloween theme during the end credits.

There’s exhilarating violence and mean spirited violence, this film (I use that term sparingly here) just seemed to seek out to offend and that’s that... gotta wonder what was going through Rob’s brain. Old fashioned Pleasance would be mortified if he saw what the series had become

For me personally this is still easily the worst film in the franchise. What they did to Laurie Strode and Dr. Loomis in this movie was just unforgivable IMO, because by making two of the most iconic characters in the franchise unlikable, pieces of shit they pretty much piss all over the legacy of those characters. That level of disrespect is what honestly made me lose a lot of respect for Rob Zombie period and I'm someone who didn't hate the remake despite it having a lot of problems and just being a sub par remake overall.

I always thought the hospital dream DID happen because she was having nightmares about it like people with P.T.S.D. but maybe I'm wrong-either way I think Danielle Harris and her death scene is the best thing about this film.

Enough said I forgot to say this in your last rant, but if I had to say a positive for Rob’s Halloween films is I appreciate the bloody and the brutality of the kills in his Halloween films but that’s it. It’s mostly ruined by the annoying shaky cam anyway. These films are a abomination and Rob Zombie hasn’t been the same since.

This doesn't even feel like a Halloween film, Michael being a hobo who just walks from city to city for no reason. Overly dark picture cinematography but has less of shaky cam than the first. Every person was unlikable. The white horse was put in there last minute as Rob has stated.

i dont watch halloween franchise anymore but i dont get why hollywood cant get their heads out of their asses and put aside legalities so we can have like michael meyers vs jason vs leatherface, you cant tell me that wouldnt sell tickets no instead we just get constant remakes of those films, a lazy way of doing things like at least with my idea, maybe its not traditionally scary but it could be presented as horror on a psychological level of will your favorite masked killer survive or will they all just team up and kill everyone, that kind of horror, no more of this boo!/slasher horror

This WORST Halloween Film Ever. It was THIS movie that officially killed the Halloween franchise for damn near 10 years. Ruined Laurie and Dr Loomis. Dannelle Harris and Brad Dourif despite great performances by both are wasted. Even Micheal Myers is wasted because half the time hes just wandering around. Such a waste of time of a Halloween sequel. Give me busta Rhymes anyday.
