Please remember that the colors after printing can be a bit different then the colors on the screen because of all the different monitors and printers. The quality of the print will also depend on your printer and the paper you use. For the best results use quality paper and ink.
It is possible to print on 'normal' printing paper but you get better results on cardstock or other high quality paper. Also remember that printing a lot of color requires a lot of ink :D
PRINT ALL PAGES THE SAME SIZE. This ensures everything fits and proportions stay the same.
