Absolutely not, I'm sorry. The only thing it was "ahead of it's time on" was the reality TV perspective. Otherwise the only good thing about this movie was the mask. I would rather watch Rob Zombie's H2 over this and I hate that movie.

They killed Laurie at the beginning, because Jamie Lee Curtis said she wanted H20 to be the end of it, she chopped Michael’s head off and she got her peace and then they had plans for resurrection all along before filming H20 even started and she didn’t know till she already was about to start filming her parts , she almost backed out of H20 because of it, but since they got so far with it she did it, and she said fine but the only way I’ll do the next is if you kill me off in the first 10 mins

I understand that this movie is filled with problems, but it’s still a guilty pleasure of mine and not only that but I think it’s a fun, entertaining Halloween film in a fun time waster. Busta Rhymes completely saves this film for me. And not only that but growing up in the early 2000s this is the movie that introduced me to the Halloween franchise.

@@MarkPriest-v6u to each their own i never said Resurrection was the best 😂I said it was fun and my opinion still stands it’s a fun movie to watch it’s campy and even stupid sometimes but it’s fun and Michael still bad ass ….I hate halloween ends with a passion I dont like how they portrayed my favorite horror movie character and I don’t like how they portrayed Allison at all …I hate how it’s the end of trilogy yet we only got to see the main villain and plot of the franchise less than a hand full of times and the last time it’s him just him being killed it’s horrible to me ….but I have settled on those who love Laurie will enjoy ends but those who love Michael like I do who watch the movies for Michael it was truly disappointing

Jamie Lee Curtis said in a interview that h20 was suppose to end it but there was a loop hole to bring him and her back. So she got pissed and said fine kill me off at the beginning then. Cause they didn’t tell her they were gonna keep him alive. H20 was suppose to be the final one and kinda lied to her so that’s why she said kill me off end my story. Side note u said u havnt found a bad Jason movie just wait for Jason x is sooo bad. Everyone picks it as the worst ever

My introduction to Halloween was the second and third film. My first movie theater experence was resurrection. When I first saw this as a child I turned off my mind and enjoyed this film. Today it's difficult to even watch this film. Several decisions made in this film I find to be a mockery of the fanchise. Fist fighting Micheal using Martial arts was a joke to me because he is arguably the strongest he has ever been in this film and his survivability is at its highest having been burnt and walked away. They killed off the main final girl in such a disrespectful and creepy way. We've see final girls die off in later films but they had damn good deaths or died the very next movie not four movies later in a disrespectful way.
