I met Doug once on my birthday in November 2005, Birmingham, England. He was an absolute gentleman. When everyone else was charging £20-30 for an autograph, Doug only asked for £5. He signed my Hellraiser puzzle box DVD ☺️ It was the same day i saw George Romero, Tom Savini on his way to the toilet 😂 and met the entire cast of The Devils Rejects as they were doing their UK promo stuff. Michael Berryman was a joy to chat with. George was over with some of the cast of Land of the Dead for the film's release. Great show, good memories 🖤

I adore seeing and being around 80's/90's goth/rock/metal alternative people; it makes me feel happy and myself again, in a nostalgic way. When someone mentions the "tuck" scene, it always makes me think of the many tuck reenactments by Jay, from Jay and Silent Bob. It would be good to set up false walls in the basement and recreate the layout as close as possible, with a well and the bathtub with a decomposing corpse.

This was amazing to watch. Thank you again both of you. You met Doug Bradley and spoke to him for a long time. He seems a lovely guy. I could spend hours listening to his stories. Well done to Doug summarizing Halloween as best as he could ,growing up in UK. Trick or Treat was not a thing so much growing up. I remember first going out dressed up 1983. We used to knock everyone's door. No one seemed to dress their house back then. The Harvest Festival. We used to have to donate items of food, dried or tinned long lasting to our school/parish. November 5th is a more celebrated day here. As youngsters 'penny for the guy' was more of a tradition. Although perhaps phasing out when I was growing. 'Bob The Apple' in the bowl was what I thought dunking, symbolising the drowning of witches. We were told by our parents as young children, witches flew around on broomsticks Halloween night. It really is fascinating looking into history. Then you have the wicker and paganism stories also. I love Halloween though and proud to make the effort to dress our house and welcome children trick or treating.
