Turned out awesome! I could see a red or black spot light from beneath the tree cast up on the wall behind it to fill the space and tie it in but I think it looks great. You just inspired me to someday do a creature claws tree featuring different monster hands sticking out like wolf man, zombie hands, witch hands and Dracula’s with some sharp press on nails!! (Kinda like a kitschy/classic horror tree) :)

Oh yay! I'm glad you tried Leather Face pretending to slash the tree. 😂I had pictured it in my head and had wanted to see it. But I can see how it looks all crowded so it's good to have his own space next to it across. The chains coming out of his ears looks weird to us to. Tree is freaking amazing! As someone else before me mentioned, the bugs might look better with the spider webs on the wall so that could be an option. Also you do you! It's been great seeing your decor videos. 🎃

Just gotta say, Chucky stabbing the tree was amazing, lol! The slasher tree is just everything , totally love it! The finger "ornaments " were awesome! I loved Leatherface next to the tree, but I see what you mean about the amount of space he takes up. Maybe the bugs could run across the wall to his side when he moves back to his former place and would make it look like one scene. Give Scabbers kisses from me, he's freaking adorable! 🐀❤️

Cris you have outdone yourself! In the best of ways. I absolutely love your tree. You are definitely one of a kind. I'm kind of holding back a little on putting up my Halloween. Last year my neighbors across the way saw my Halloween wreath that I put on the back door and the Halloween tree and they took that as a green light for Christmas. I was rolling when I told my husband to look out the back door at the decorations across the way. 🤣😂😉

I think the chainsaw guy would look pretty cool if you moved the tee slightly forward and tucked him slightly behind the tree on the opposite side. Almost like he coming from behind it with his chainsaw 😳 just my thoughts but either way this turnt out awesome! Great idea!!

Put leather face on the empty side! Keep him facing inwards towards the tree and put him close. Add extra bugs down at the bottom so it’s more dense and try to keep them more haphazard. They look pretty symmetrical right now. The chains look awesome. I’d probably even get more. Love the eyeballs and fingers. This is such a cool idea! 🖤

I like it! I think that’s fun and creative. Maybe a brick stick and peel wallpaper would make it more cohesive with the horror house scene? But also spooky lights on the wall like purple or green would also add more depth and shadows on the wall surrounding your tree. I love the leather face!!! I think that’s so cool! Suggestion for the bugs on the wall. Get adhesive dots from any craft store (or Amazon). They would be much faster to use, more aesthetically pleasing and will not cause any damage to your wall. I’ve used them for years for scrapbooking. Looks spooktacular!

Abso-freakin’-lutely Fantastic, Cris!! Been watching for some time, fellow creator and I totally resonate with wanting to do different, and spark that inner creativity. Same, same is just boring. We do a Harry Potter/ witchy Halloween every year, though this year (and going forward) I picked a sub theme, but I don’t personally like the cutesie traditional HP approach I see on Pinterest because I like things darker. It can be easy to do what is commonly done but it isn’t true to who we are (those of us a bit less traditional 😜) and a whole lot less fun. Keep being your weird self. 🤪🖤✨
