@@javis88hecause the actress who played the Pink Ranger in Lost Galaxy had to quit acting for her _cancer treatment_ they had her sacrifice herself to kill the evil version of the Pink Ranger from In Space (the Psycho Rangers, probably the best evil counterparts to the main team Power Rangers ever had, the costumes were excellent and their acting was even more over the top than usual) at the end of the multi-team crossover episodes. They replaced her with the Pink Ranger from In Space.
@jjwubs1638
@jjwubs1638 11 ай бұрын
@@Popcultureguy3000Replacing her with the Pink Space Ranger was the original plan and got up to filming at least a few scenes. But due to some contractual hickups, plans were changed. Only an editing flub left in aired episodes hints at her being physically on set for episodes after the team up. Plan B brought in the former main bad girl from the Space Rangers enemies (and long lost sister to the Red Space Ranger) to succeed as Pink Galaxy Ranger. It gave her a redemption arc, after already turning good in the final minutes of the in Space finale. An example of how thinking on their feet forced the production team to be creative, with good results. The exact opposite of 98% of the Olsen filmography.

***** You think the Olsen twins when they were little ever watched that Kid's At Play advert and thought "That's play? How come we've never done that in our lives?" I never saw anything they were in when I was young. They weren't really as big in the UK, we had our own peculiar live action kid shows... that I also never watched. Cartoons were my drug!

When I was in school, kids used to go to this place way out in the orange groves, to party and drink underage and whatnot. It was a bunch of burned out houses, but teeny tiny, like on the scale of the cottage in the woods in this. The houses were definitely there, definitely burned out, but I can't confirm the stories the kids told about it, I never looked it up or asked an adult. Everyone said that the houses used to belong to a bunch of little people (kids used to call it 'midgetville'), and according to different sources they either were circus performers, orange Grove workers, or just a bunch of little people living out in the orange groves, no one could give me a straight answer to its history... But seeing the little person's house in the woods, labeled number 3, immediately made me think of the urban legend. Hell, maybe it really WAS circus performers, and this movie just shows an example of something similar!

I remember watching this on TV with my friend while we carved pumpkins. We were too old for it, but it was something to watch, we thought it was cute at the time. I have to stick for up Ashley with the awkward cringe face when the twins are fighting over the wand. My 3-year old does that to my 1-year old twins when they’re fighting over a toy. It basically means, “I don’t want to make you cry, but I really want that toy. So get ready to cry” (braces himself)

Seriously, who wrote the script to this thing? 11:05- I'll stick with homeless people who review recently released movies and ask for change, thank you very much. I've seen a tiny house in an episode of The Drew Carey Show when Lewis and Oswald were looking for a new place to live, and the end credits reveal that the present owner was a leprechaun. 19:38- A vampire barbershop quartet is part of a demonic cult!? What in the name of 7 Hells is this!? I don't even... 22:43- Character development, what's that? 25:34- I can already tell that Babies at Play is really, really boring.

This is one of those things that you see like once or twice as a kid and then completely forget that you saw it as a kid until someone brings it up years later.... or at least, that's what happened to me. No joke, I had no idea what this was before I clicked on your video and then as soon as the clips started rolling all of these memories started flooding back. At the time, I really didn't think anything of it except that it was a Halloween-y fantasy movie, like Halloweentown. I'm pretty sure child me just kind of spaced out through all of the scenes that the witch wasn't present in. Also, I remember that the twins responded to the little person talking about the prejudice he faces from society by going "It's okay. We understand, because we're little, too." Like, I distinctly remember "we're little too" and like....wow. Way to completely miss the point, you little shits.

I just remembered where I recognize the actor playing the homeless guy. He was Meshach Taylor who most famously played Mr. Wright in _Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide,_ may he rest in peace.

When I saw the videos for kids playing, I immediately thought of Herbert from Family Guy buying them and watching them. I feel like if you’re an adult and you bought those things then either Chris Hansen will appear or a SWAT team will break down your door and arrest you and put you on the List immediately.

Not gonna lie, this was an annual must-watch during Halloween season for me when I was a kid. I'm a twin myself and so it was cool for my sister and me to grow up with the Olsens, since we didn't know any other twins. And to this day, I would love to have the recipe for the cinnamon cookies. I remember the shot of the girls' mother taking a batch out of the oven in the film and they look delicious.
