This is after the 3% Nerf , i would say obliteration build is better than breath , this on tyrancle and I was able to do more damage than BOS in fortified , 700K Dragon BTW

That was my thinking as well! Seems like it’s very much a toss up right now. I have been wanting to give breath a go in academy. As it stands though I think 10.1 will be all frost unless unholy gets some love
