I've been so excited about sharing this vlog because I feel like it signals us coming to the end of one of the biggest transformations at Frowhome and I could cry with happiness! I really really hope you enjoy seeing the renovation from start to finish from our design choices, to the hurdles, to the small finishing touches and if you have any questions let me know below! yes! I love the hallway but most especially that floor! and I would not mind living with that myself in my own apartment, getting rid of the scrappy carpets which admittedly are (somewhat) warmer on the feet. There isn’t anything I can say but WOW! Your home is beautiful and you’ve filled it with beautiful decor and stunning pieces of art-including your absolutely amazing marble tiles in the entrance. Victoria, the lighting, and fixtures are stunning. I totally get just how over the moon you are with the whole ambiance of your home. I absolutely love the brass fixtures; they are perfect for bringing the home decor up to that "top-notch" level while lending that perfect warm vibe to the whole house; making it feel so complete. Everything has been thought out strategically and obtained with the allusion of ease. (not as unchallenging as it looks) One small example: moving the sockets over for the paneling to fit properly. Your house, at the end of it all, will be pristine, without the loss of that homie, warm, and comfortable essence, and ambiance that everyone longs for in their home. (It has all been so well designed.) The flooring in the hall is gorgeous and lovely. (Yes, both gorgeous and lovely.) I was really taken back when you said you were freezing, and you were going to put the heat on. It has been 95 degrees all weekend for us and most everywhere here in the states. I am so ready for fall and all that luscious decor and those warm and cozy dinners with friends and family. I am determined to maintain that feeling even amid COVID days. I love how Autumn appears so naturally, bringing with it the coolish nip in the air that moves the strapless and thin garments to the back of the closet and the soft enveloping jumpers to the front. This transition appears so naturally and with ease for me. While all the other seasons seem to struggle to the surface. I love all the seasons but not as much as Autumn and Spring; they are precious to me. I appreciate spring because, after winter, she is so needed and welcomed. However, she struggles to make her appearance. Perhaps that is why I appreciate that time of year so much; she makes her appearance seem such a smooth and easy transition, whereas, just like any woman worth her salt, works devotedly with a little hard-earned glow (sweat) to reach her goals. I am not sure I know how you came up with the black chair at the bottom of the stairs. I can see a beautiful brass urn or umbrella stand or even a functional bench that one could store extra blankets inside, in that spot, but maybe that's too cliché. I love the chair, and I can see it situated perfectly in my home. I'm just trying to figure out what made you even think of it for that spot. That all-encompassing shot shows just how perfect it is in that cubby area by the stairs. Don't get me started on that cabinet-just another example of your unique, functional, and pristine style. You are quite brilliant, my friend, and should be proud of yourself, not only for the cabinet but for how everything is coming together so perfectly. That side table has that unique style that will be a conversational piece amongst you and all who visit you in your home. There is nothing in or about your home that is not lovely. All of the pictures are so fantastic and look as if they were painted or shot for your home. I can't get over how divinely everything is turning out. The word perfect keeps coming to my mind, but it is the best way to describe your home. I apologize for the dissertation, but it all had to be said. I love, love, love it all! 🖤🖤🖤

🖤💟 I don't think I've ever been as invested in somebody else's radiators as I have been in yours! They really fit in with the whole aesthetic and I love how slim they are. The hallway has turned out beautifully. The Barnes piece really elevates the hallway in a modern classic way but the photo and light juxtaposes perfectly to actually inject the distinctiveness of your and Alex' personalities into the space. Also, I think a fine art giveaway just leveled your channel and brand up in a way I don't think any of us longtime subscribers were truly expecting- I didn't even think that was possible! The hallway is absolutely stunning. I just love the tiles - they are so timeless and gorgeous. The piece you had made for the hall is perfect for the space and you can change up the decorative pieces for the seasons. Love the bust too and the fireplace is a key focal point that really pops. OMG!!! What a glorious transformation! The black and white tiles and the way you patterned them are beyond fabulous, as are the gloriously grand cornices, the paneling and everything from the bespoke cabinet down to the finials!!! I go absolutely nuts over architectural details, as they can elevate a space and turn nice into outright luxurious! It goes without saying, it’s your house and you need to do exactly what you want, but I would encourage you to rethink a coat hanging area underneath those beautiful, statement stairs. I love the finished space underneath. It’s a fresh little breath, perfectly placed amongst all that’s going on in that amazing space. Maybe install a pull down rod in your utility room that you can use to drip dry garments all the time but also use for guest coats when entertaining! Let the coats stay tucked away behind closed doors and keep that entry fresh, uncluttered and absolutely glorious! But that’s just my two cents... and that might be overcharging! 😉😊☺️ The gallery folks are brilliant! Bringing that NB piece “just to see what it would look like”!!! Of course it looks perfectly amazing! It looks like the painting was commissioned for that exact spot! I absolutely love, Love, LOVE it! Best impulsive purchase! Stunning! Absolutely stunning!!! 😍😍😍 I can’t wait to see it when all the details are finished, runner tucked under and secured, the painting finished on the cabinet and walls, the step down on the hearth, the NC print reframed and the rest of your finials installed... oh, and that lovely blue accent on the entryway fixture removed! 😂😂😂 Too bad the painters left that behind when all the ladders were still there. Oh well, these finishing bits will happen soon enough! Just be sure to stay a “squeaky wheel” until they put things to right! Hopefully you haven’t paid them until the last detail is complete. I have found it’s terribly difficult for them to work you in their schedules if they’ve already been paid! But then, I don’t have a social media platform, so perhaps they’ll have more incentive to finish everything properly and in a timely manner! Your home is amazing! I hope you are incredibly proud of your wonderful work and beautiful taste! You have designed a magnificent space!!! Well done! 🥰🥰🥰
