I think chief would either use both banshees(the other used by keyes)or find a spirit or something,they'd get to to the autumn Keyes waiting in the spirit until chief finishes and then they both leave with the spirit call in 419 to leave with them

dang, if you think about it most of the levels Two Betrayals and Keyes could've been skipped entirely and went straight to blowing up the Autumn's reactor. We stop the pulse generators in Two Betrayals in case the ring was fired (which we later learned couldn't have been done without human+index), and then we grab key's neural implants to blow up the Autumn - but that gets overridden by Guilty Spark. Thus rockets to the vents.

Because destroying the Pulse Generators would give them more time to actually go through with a plan in case 343 found another way to fire the Halo. We know now that there was no other way besides the Ark, but Cortana had no way of knowing that at the time

@@andrewrobinson8542 He could blow himself up with the Needler, he can't with the shotgun. The shotgun actually has pretty decent range while still downing any carrier form or fuel rod grunt. Just don't turn on explosion increasing skulls. I'm doing a run with those now and it was brutal just getting out of the cryo bay on Pillar of Autumn because of the environmental explosions...and then there was his Needler on Truth and Reconciliation and the marines' grenade throwing addiction.

Well if only he was teleported closer but Cortana did the best she could. I wonder how that would have effected the series as a whole? The captain was himself up until a certain point because it wanted information. However knowing Oni they would have gotten their hands on him. Along with stg Johnson, maybe their would have be a flood cure or a immunity. Still these are big what ifs

I doubt Keyes could have been saved regardless, the moment he was infected by the Flood he was already a dead man. The only reason Johnson managed to survive being infected was because of his history in the SP I program and even then he would have eventually been fully infected had he not escaped in time.

Can be easily done actually well except the following around everywhere part cause you need to script it to happen while making them invincible requires a simple tick over their character that says cannot be killed(what this means is basically this character cannot die)its not a living thing anymore its an object one hit kill technically doesn't exist but again it can be arranged since characters have their own damage options that if set to a high enough number they'll kill everything and anything in one shot,like I said following you around is the problem since you'd have to script it and that takes time and massive amount of IT knowledge to do
