Firex 343 doesn't know what halo is, and can't make a good game. Halo 4 was decent but the gun sound changes and addition of Prometheans weren't needed. Also the story was pretty dull, like in halo 5. So if you ask me, Bungie knew how to make both singleplayer and multiplayer good where 343 only knows "competitive" multiplayer (i.e pay to win)

I don't see why everyone thinks Kat's driving in particular was bad. I've never had any issue out of her that I don't get when I let a Marine drive in any game. Occasionally losing the path, occasionally flipping over.

Agree for Halo 2 warthog drivers. But generally, i consider Marines from Halo 3 by far better ( in legendary ) with group tactics, covers, grenades and f*ckin' target selection !

In Halo One they actually seemed to work best with group tactics. Its just that their AI sucked in general, they had paper for health, and individually did no damage. But in a group they could provide good suppressing fire, which I guess is why they always come in fire teams.

This is why I always swapped out the crew on my spectre with the first warthog in that area. Got them both out, equiped one with a rocket launcher from the dead marine and got them into the warthog. Then of course later on towards the end I would get the spec ops commander and his driver into that one gauss hog.

I think a good idea would to be if you could get the AI to nor fight, but run away from a specific type of mob, and time how long each group survives. Like the Flood chasing after Elites or something.

Enforces were never designed for combat. Only maintenance and repair of forerunner tech. Also Warthogs are actually quite fast being able to go from 0-60 in 3.7 seconds... and a top speed of 110 mph... Those jeeps are not slow ;) 0-100 in 9.7 seconds. Those things can fucking kick the ass of the Fast and the Furious super cars lul.

Is it just me or do sentinel enforces appear to be completely unrelated to forerunner technology? Seriously, they're textured more similarly to human vehicles than sentinel aggressors, have a plasma shield exactly like those on covenant plasma turrets (again completely different from the shields that the smaller sentinels have), and from there appear to wield a mixture of human and covenant weaponry including a mortar and a needler. Guess that's just a byproduct of being released several months sooner than Halo 2 was intended.

All of the Covenant technology is stolen from Forerunner technology. Also the enforces are actually not even a combat drone more or less than the sentinels. Which combat way better because they were designed to protect and repair. The enforces were designed to just repair (Although they do have those weapons) But yes to answer your question again the Covenant stole all of the technology from the Forerunners. Shields, weapons, plasma based vehicles you name it.
