@@RosheenQuynh yeeee. Brutes in h3 got shields and armour paired with their rage when shields and armour is gone makes them a BITCH to kill in game haha. It's why in h3 on legendary ppl tend to hold onto snipers BRs and carbines from chieftains. Makes popping helmets off and hitting head easier. Carter and Jun would do well Vs chieftains at range. Sniper to take out shields and 2 dmr shots to pop and kill. The rest of Nobel would die over and over haha. Talking purely gameplay tho. Lore wise I'm sure some Nobel 6 Fanatic would tell you nobel6 would kill everything and everyone ten fold BC he's SUPER OP! 🙄

@@hal0justcal865 These were Cat 2 Spartan 3s so they were actually the ones that met the genetic requirements to be a Spartan II and thus the augmentations took better. Noble Six is the only other Spartan to be rated as Hyper Lethal. John-117 is the other one. As to Jorge the only reason he was even assigned to noble team was to recover from some injuries. He was only home for that reason. So yeah it kind of does suck but he did choose to sacrifice his life for his home world. And went out like a Spartan. Taking a bunch of Alien Bastards with him. And that's how Spartans prefer to go out. In battle with the enemies of humanity. See the Spartan IIs where raised in the cult of self sacrifice for humanity.

Personal shields work great at soaking up fire in a 1 V 1, but they suck at taking combined small arms fire from an entire team of well equipped humans. The sniper rifle, HMG, and shotgun basically remove shields, while the DMR, Assault Rifle, and Magnum easily finish the job.

Not exactly. Each noble member broke the shield very quickly, including Kat with her magnum. Only one that was slow was Karter with the DMR. The shields were relatively low health, it was the raw health of a chieftain that was the problem

All of them could take a brute on. I think the only thing that seperated 3s from 2s is the quality and durability of armor. Spartan 3s are just as deadly, but used like specialized cannon fodder. Noble team doesn't have the cardboard armor 3s are known for. They have the same strength as a 2 out of armor, its just the SPI is only semi powered.

@@Saaahdood the augmentation is the same across the generations, the only thing that changed was the refinement which allowed for a wider candidate pool. Noble Team uses MK V Mijolinr armor, so they'd have the same strength as your average Spartan 2 or more in the case of George.

Not even close to lore accurate. For one those the sniper rifle Jun is using would take he cap off the Brute in one shot. Two Jorge has actually killed Brutes in his long career considering he's a Spartan II and on the larger side. Meaning Jorge could basically do what Master Chief does to Brutes only difference being that Jorge hit's harder because Force = Mass times Acceleration. So the Brute would have gotten beat like a drum by Jorge. Emile is using an 8ga shotgun. Eight gauge slugs are used to hunt elephants. So the fact that Brute took an elephant gun to the face and is still alive is nothing short of a miracle for that Brute. But it shouldn't have taken that many shots to take one down.
