You would think that if the covanant use his strategy for fighting cheif, they would win, but thye wouldn't, because cheif would ada[pt, and probably just ingore them and accomplish his objectives. THe game has poor controls, but a spartn would simply dance around a mono enemy of this kind

@@TipsyPhoenix then I’ll certainly take a look. Though just thinking about it, doing that on Halo 2 most likely would be the ultimate nightmare. Like on Gravemind where you can easily die in the cutscene by the brutes alone if you don’t move before it ends. But at the same time their easy to kill due to headshots. But regardless it depends on who gets the first shot lmao. Edit: oh wait damn you actually did it in Halo 2 lol. That’s a great achievement.

Not every scarab is operated by the worms, Only every scarab encountered in Halo 3. Scarabs could be piloted by anyone.. Brutes, elites, etc.

​@@Wuunderboy Dude, the scarab is basically a suit of armor with the worms wearing it. The elites/brutes were put on the scarab to monitor them so the worms couldn't do whatever they wanted.

2552, Delta Halo The Master Chief paused to reload his rifle behind a flaming warthog as the Marine next to him evaporated from the waist up, courtesy of a concentrated plasma beam. Peering around the ruined gun of the hog he saw hunters.... Lots of hunters.... A covenant hunter shock trooper battalion of a thousand hunters to be exact. Two marines managed to make they're way to cover with the chief, ID tagged them as Privates Browson and Nix. Cortana opened a comm line to them "Marines" she called out "let the chief do the heavy lifting here!" Out of the chaos of battle, one hunter had spotted the chief and was making it's way towards him, roaring it's gutteral battle cry. The chief's rifle roared in return, sending several accurate rounds into the hunters exposed flesh. Raising it's shield for cover and with it's pride hurt more than anything, the hunter watched the chief for a moment before charging it's beam. Private Browson decided now was the time to shine, topping off his shotgun and making his way towards the hunter who was now locked in a gunfight against the chief. He was thinking of all the pussy he would get from fighting alongside the chief when his world went black. The chief watched in horror as private Browson's height was reduced from a hearty six foot to six inches tops as another hunter simply crushed him down with a overhand swing of it's shield. It then turned and stepped down hard on it's wounded comrade, crushing it instantly as well and throwing it tens of meters away. With the playing field clear, chief was ready to face off against this... This Tall Hunter.
