Halo 2 was even better. Having bxr, doubleshot, nade bounces etc was still simple enough while still adding even more complexity than H3. Halo 2 was the pinnacle of gaming, and it has gone downhill ever since. H3, ODST and Reach were still great though. Too bad 343 put an end to that.

Poetry in motion. The veteran in me wishes I could get back to this level of play. Halo 3 took 99.9% of my gaming hours in 2009 and remains one of my top 5 FPS. Shotty Snipers and SWAT was all I played competitively, with a little Infected and Grifball here and there to loosen up. I may have to finally sit down with the 360 version next to MCC to fix this sensitivity issue. The thumb sticks on the One/Series controller are looser than the 360, making it harder to aim like I used to.

my favorite play for myself was as a gunner in a warthog. idr the map, but i was on a damn rampage. driver was awesome. we just went back and forth from spawn to spawn destroying the other team. halo 3 is the game i put more time into than anything and i remember it fondly. I had my share of amazing clips and games and just wish i had the forethought to save them. and wish i wasnt told you couldnt make money playing video games cuz looking back… i was that good at halo 3 lol
