Halo 1 is the only game where the assault rifle has an HK like bolt release and Slap all the other games the AR locks open and they just thumb the chargin handle forward

The sniper also shows you rack the charging handle after reloading on an empty mag, and the shotgun shows you rack the pump handle to chamber a shell when reloading on an empty mag aswell. I'm surprised they didn't do the same with the AR since the reload always shows it as loading on an empty mag and always racking the charge handle

How could marines without eye display aim their battle rifles? There is no iron sights. And how could 60 rounds fit in this small magazine? Halo is great game and weapons from CE has the best realistic appearance (except sniper rifle) , but insides.... it's lame

Marines have a HUD. Heads up display. Basically the same as Chief with a reticle synced with the gun so where ever the gun is aimed at. The reticle on the HUD will appear there. Marines have a HUD that is an eye piece like in CE or goggles/shades like in future Halo's. And the MA5B has a type of magazine called staggered column or double stack that makes it fit more bullets. Someone already mentioned the MA5 has flip up iron sights.
