Idk why everyone is calling this a major update. It's just 1 gun, forge remake maps and a new camera angle for 3rd player. I'm not a hater, I still play Infinite but mainly husky raid or quick play. A major update would be many new weapons, vehicles, equipment and we can only wish for dev made maps.

Normally I’d agree, but since Infinite’s dev cycle has been so unfocused, this is one of the most cohesive packages we’ve received probably since the game launched. If this is any indication of the direction Halo is going, we’ll be eating well soon enough. Plus, delta arena is just so fun. Hop on. It’s been a blast.

Im coming back tonight to play it. Mainly for 3rd person. Ma5k is interesting, but we have lots of unsc assault rifles now. A plasma rifle or fuel rod would be more welcome. At least it isnt a precision weapon

It isn't perfect, but it's the starting push that Halo studios needed to make in the right direction. If they keep it up with the fuel rod cannon, double barrel shotgun and falcon then we'll see it return to relevance.

I think the Invis/Flag change isn't a good change, there's normally a fight for Invis & then often certain tactics have to be used even then to pull their flag, plus the Invis normally runs out mid flag run. I think an Invis Flag pull and cap is one of those satisfying worthy 'heroic' moments in game

Honestly, I’d say they add back some old weapons like the carbin for example they could reuse the model from halo five and just update the textures and reuse the animation from halo 5 but slow it down just a bit since halo 5 was fast paced and infinite isn’t, it would save them money and time by doing that honestly

Of the top of my head I can't think of a single big update to infinite that wasn't just adding basic minimal content other games had at launch.

Coming from a game dev student, this is completely unacceptable and halo players NEED to up their standards for content releases. An other studio would have added these features long ago, especially the 'new weapon' It's not. It's an AR with a new model and a few variable changes. Considering how long it's been since the last weapon this is a fucking joke and an embarrassment to game developers. I'm not usually the type to whine like this, but guys you need to get off the copium. Nah. Can't even force myself to play it anymore. For me, Infinite died the day they added a Non-Retroactive Career progression system with a sick reward st the end. It was the biggest fuck you to the people that stuck by the gsme in its 45% complete state for 2.5 years after launch I think they possibly could've managed. Imagine sticking by your favorite franchise of all time for over a decade while a company ruins it, and in their final product that they catastrophically screwed up, you stick by it and 343 just goes "lol k thanks btw here's career progression you've been asking for. You get to start at the same rank as someone who's playing halo for the first time ever even though you have thousands of matches played. Thanks for buying all our bundles btw too loser can't Believe you did that!💀😭😂"
