Master Chief is teleported into a strange structure by the monitor, 343 Guilty Spark. He must follow the monitor through the Library to get the Halo's Index. But first he must go through the many twists and turns for the structure, facing legions of Flood as he goes...

Just hide behind that wall , next to the door , wait aproximately 20 seconds (you must have at least 4 grenades) and then just throw grenades at big numbers of flood , it will trigger a script to open a door. Worked for me on legendary.

Fuck this dumbass level with a burning passion! I'm playing through it again sadly because im playing all the master chief collection games in order since its been two years after i played halo and i remember why i dont play much of the late levels of halo combat evolved especially this one! I've died so many times on the most stupidest stuff i avoided, but the game kills me anyway for it even when im trying to play smart. Like at certain sections, it's pretty smooth, then it just throws you into a curve ball like a few seconds later

The levels of this game are 80% grey or purple corridors with a minimal amount of detail. There are no interactive elements in the levels.
