Halo Reach I feel is sort of overrated. But it was also my first Halo game and I sunk so many hours into it that it was my most played game on XBOX for the longest time. The AR sucked, the weapons all felt unique without feeling like they didn't belong, but a LOT of them lacked any punch. Customization was great and memorable. The AR sucked. Not a single part in the story ever felt like it was bland or not there for a reason. The backgrounds were great, especially when we got to see the larger scale of the fighting. None of the characters felt like useless, even June who disappeared halfway through. And the AR sucked
