Oh man…. The way songs like these give me even more lore like thoughts… the song is amazing, tells a story of my oc in my head… the kids screaming as the main man himself kills them all… hehe… well as far as I can say, he did it for remnant! But for his own entertainment and fun! He built a large diner with 3 others, he killed over 80+ people ranging from 5-17 year olds, he even killed the other 3 which were his best friends. They got their revenge as he was killed inside his own spring lock suit… surprising enough, he also killed his ex and stuffed her inside her own animatronic at her own “diner”. Man the lore in my series of Inks Family Diner is messed up! Yet it’s my favourite~

As a maladative daydreamer with an uncontrollable imagination, i relate a LOT to the "i've grown familiar with villains that live in my head", "i can't help this awful energy" and "who is in control?". Every negative thought i get manifests itself as a villain, a disaster, or peoples having mental breakdowns or more mental issues/trauma in my world(or nightmared, that then turn into the things i said previously). Which makes the world darker, which is bad because it's a reflection of my mind but also my confort place. I'm working it out tho. Like, legit- and when I snap myself out of it its so disturbing because here I am, in a real world, hugging my pillow. Its just so bizarre to me, yknow? And sometimes I forget that fiction is fictional and not actually real- And the line "I've grown familiar with the villains that live in my head" makes me think of my constant nightmares and sleep paralysis encounters. I'm not scared of them anymore and I'm honestly bored of them. I drew them too and I gave them names, meaning that they're almost family to me somehow?? And the "who is in control" line makes me think of when I'm not in control, like I'm asking who's doing this to me. Like, sometimes I hurt myself or say mean things that I don't really mean and i feel like I'm not in control of my body and its like me and my body are different entities. This song sounds like it's the anthem to a villain who wants to make the world a better place but is willing to do horrendous things to do so. They fully recognize how hypocritical they're being, but their stubbornness won't let them change for the better, so instead they're trapped in a cycle of feeling self-righteous, which leads them to commit some kind of atrocity they later come to feel guilty for, which they then excuse because "the ends justify the means". Sort of like MCU Thanos.
