John Foss You don’t even have to be in immaculate shape. Look at Lizzo, she has practiced breathing techniques most of her life with the flute, which helps immensely when she sings her songs.

I'm so proud of what she become now, like I was starting highschool and dont know what's the next chapter my life brings but still at ease while listening to her Badlands album. I am certainly no expert but - she skipped that step going up as well. The particular step is not like the others - look closer there are what I assume to be the pyro things used later for the fire. Her footstep looks intentionally going further than the step including the little "jump" if you will - and the automatic reaction is not the same as when the body is balancing off to compensate from a missed step - it seems expected and calculated :)
