The thing is that on the chorus there's backing vocals to help her while dancing, but you can still hear her. She's also a little out of breath at some parts, and her uncontrolled breathing matches the image. 100% live performance.

I'm always left in awe of how stable her voice is when she dances and jumps around. When she started spinning and her voice didn't shift at all I gasped and squealed. Her movements are all so beautiful and filled with emotion. She has such a beautiful energy in all of her interviews and performances. She truly is one of the best artists in this age.
