Let's not forget she almost got a woman's child baby taken away from her because she *believed* it was a case of Shaken Baby Syndrome without doing any initial research, only to find out the baby suffered trauma while still in the womb because her mother was in a car accident. That woman could have been deemed unfit to raise her baby, whom she loved very much, only because Natalie was judgemental.

This is actually the exact same situation with Connor and Ava. Will knows she did something wrong, and all she does is try to avoid consequences despite doing it. Except Ava is likely a psychopath.

The writers for this show did her so wrong! They always made her character look and act terrible especially towards the end of the show before she left. They could've gave her a good send off.
