The Halston Netflix special brought me here. Although I am a child of the 70’s & 80’s, I didn’t know much about him. I now know what I missed. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE LIGHT & BEACON OF INSPIRATION, GENEROSITY, CREATIVITY, LOVE & IMMENSE PASSION & FIERCENESS HE WAS! The world was much better for Halston’s existence. I feel such sorrow & anger for his light being cut so short. Life is both so beautiful & so cruel.

I felt so sad for Liza. She really lost a good close friend. I think she learned a lot from him that helped her in later life.

It's a beautiful tribute. I just wondered why there was no speeches from his gay friends and lover. No mention of HIV.
