Review of ingredients: Bread, egg, cabbage, mozzarella cheese, ham, Thai sweet chili sauce, and likely mustard (not sure if regular or special spicy). Updating my shopping list. :P

@@sonnybrisbane66 It is likely just shredded cabbage but possibly a cole slaw mix might be used. I am guessing cabbage as it is a common ingredient there and lettuce would not hold up being heated and grilled like that.

@@Non_S.erviam There are many ways to look at this, gloves are cool but not if person is touching literally everything is them, it's useless this way. I watched this a couple times and then made a version of it at home. Only difference, I didn't really know what the sauces were, so I made up a sriracha aioli, and I seasoned the eggs (just a little salt and pepper.) Really great and pretty quick breakfast!

i think the sauce is something you could just make to taste, an aioli is a good choice... and i think most people would throw some salt and pepper on eggs, so spot on there.. I could see this being really good with an egg yolk aioli, but i'm not much for spicy food lol

I have never been there but I'm saying there is a very good possibility that this is not as near as good if u go to this restaurant and order it. I wouldn't be one bit surprised if he is throwing up 3 times extra as much chees and ham on those sandwiches because he knows he's being filmed. Go when he's not getting filmed I bet it's half the sandwich as to what we are seeing here. I'm not implying this guy only I bet over 90% of all restaurant KZbin videos the cooks throw lotsa extra on there stuff just to make people think they are getting a good deal.
