I did a bunch of readon on the topic of Corn-Fed eggs. They are very inferior. Chickens are omnivores, they love bugs, worms, seeds, things they scratch and peck out of the dirt. For millions of years. One wonders why this mediocre cook / host keeps pushing Corn-Fed eggs. Sponsored? Kickbacks? Guess what, standard supermarket eggs (including grainfed) are more expensive than farmers market eggs. Forget corn fed eggs. And eat grass-fed beef.

Mediocre cook? He’s far from mediocre. Nothing wrong with pushing products. He has a contract with Dunnes for several kitchen products the is a full time chef and has a successful restaurant. Dunnes are an Irish company and he’s supporting Irish farmers and Irish jobs. They are glad to promote him because he’s a quality cook. Not everyone lives beside a farm and they are not cheaper eggs in my experience.
