Tom, we are so very proud to see you on PBS today! You did a great job of explaining what ham radio services are all about, and Jane and I were just thrilled that you were on You Tube! God bless you in all you do! Dave & Jane.

A very good video. I am a member of said club. FYI, September 12th, 2020 is the Wyoming Ham Con, which will be held just east of Cheyenne Wyoming.

Thanks for the comment folks! It was a fun shoot, and we enjoyed it with Craig at Wyoming PBS. Great interviewer!

Repeater towers can go down, but a good club will have at least one mobile repeater. So its all good. I'm just a tech, and I run a 70cm/2m HT on my bike with a good external antenna and working on building a good external power pack. Oh, HT, stands for Handy Talky. KI7BSL, saying 73s.

Great to see a recent, long-form video on amateur radio out there. Nice job SHY-WY and Wyoming PBS. Have shared it in my circles down here already. 7-3! Michael-WA5AZQ Bee Cave, Texas

I think this is probably the best media interview about ham radio that I've seen during the 45 years I have been licensed and active in the hobby. Well done! KN5X

My one regret while on the eat coast is I never budgeted the time to set up my HAM gear and through out my "N7" call sign, I could have hit stations I could not have reached from my shack (at the time) in Cheyenne.

My son recently took an investment interest in "SHERVIN independent oil and automotive center" in Jackson (Hole). He loves the western lifestyle and landscape so he may live there at least part of the time every year/month. If he takes me on to his Wyoming address I may apply for a 7, but I need to look for the available seven call signs. I am an avid 160 to 10 meter operator and often contest but my recent leg disability has slowed me down a lot. I still have a shack and good antenna here at my home and Thailand. Now I say greetings to you 73
