We listen in on Amateur "Ham" radio operators Frank and Duke hopping the Illinois - Wisconsin "cheddar curtain" border on 80m CW, using a simple regen receiver. Includes a lightning map showing the location of the strikes that cause the static crashes (QRN) on the speaker. You will hear the static crash, and then after a 2-second delay you can see the location of the lightning strike that caused the noise. Captions for the Morse code are provided, and you can adjust the speed of the code to your preference using the KZbin tool bar speed control. 73 Lynn NG9D
