It's only because the world has decided to wipe out any thought of the hostages that they have to be reminded of them. Everybody is feeling oh so sorry for the "poor subjugated 'Palestinians'" conveniently forgetting who has been subjugating them since 2007, and posters of the hostages are torn down.
