Thank you from a Jewish AND Native American woman. It feels horrible to listen and watch the news and not be able to do anything about it other than pray for our people. I see cars with anti Israel slogans and I report it to police out of fear. This is the Midwest and we have had shootings against the Jewish community before. Generational trauma makes me shiver and as an older woman I still want to fight and know I'm too old to help in Israel. But I can only fight here by being vigilant. Still I wear my Jewish star proudly even if it makes me a target. I won't let evil win over. I never have forgotten the hostages and I never will and I keep praying and supporting news media that tell the truth and have not lost their humanity.
