On deaf ears falls yet another clear and relevant call for attention to address abhorrent intolerable violations, significantly compromising not only the sanctity of medical facilities but the obstruction of clinical personnel being prevented from carrying their duties, the downgrading of vital services from CT/MRI Scanning Suites to Operating Rooms and other acute care services which are unlawfully seized for use as weapons acquisitions/storage. Not only are clinical services severely degraded, but both staff and patients along with any other individuals with legitimate reasons for being on-site are all placed in mortal danger as a consequence of these lethal explosive/incendiary munitions being placed there, but the legal loss of international protection due to the facility being recognised as a military/terrorist site of operations - which clearly is stated in Articles 12 and 13 of the Geneva Protocol Addition (1977) to the Geneva Convention (1949).
